Architecture decision records

ADRs capture durable decisions, context, consequences, and alternatives. They do not replace domain documentation; they explain why a boundary is difficult to change.

ADR	Status	Decision
0001	Accepted	Markdown Vault is the durable knowledge source.
0002	Accepted	Engineering documentation combines reviewed prose and generated reference.

New ADRs use the next four-digit number and include context, decision, consequences, alternatives, and verification impact. Superseded decisions remain in history and link to their replacement.
